Ingenia is committed to creating communities where their residents and visitors can enjoy and belong to. They have a positive impact on over 5,800 residents and continue to build sense of community through continuous improvement and. GEM Energy have worked with Ingenia extensively for each type of project ranging from Ingenia Lifestyle, Holidays and Gardens. The team work and design each individual system to suit each site’s needs – reducing energy costs while having a positive impact on the environment at the same time.
Ingenia Lifestyle – The first image below is from our partnership with Ingenia South West Rocks. We installed 3.3kW systems for residents within the community, connecting them all within the embedded network and ensuring they are all up to the latest quality and standards.
Ingenia Holidays – The second image below is from BIG4 Ingenia Holidays site of Cairns Coconut Resort. The team installed 99.9kW on the site with over 300 Canadian Solar Panels and a Fronius Inverter. OUr CEO worked directly with Senior Management at Ingenia to design a system that would cover the resort’s minimum load, year round. The team installed 99.9kW across multiple buildings. The project is on track to deliver returns of 18% per year as well as reducing grid consumption by over 130,000kWh.
